Client-Driven. Results-Oriented.

Business And Corporate Law

Our business and corporate law practice focuses on assisting individuals and businesses, including health care providers, of all sizes with a variety of general business and corporate matters. For new or prospective business owners, we help with the creation of business entities, from incorporating subchapter S corporations to organizing limited liability companies.

Once the business is formed, our clients often turn to us for assistance with the drafting and negotiation of shareholder or buy-sell agreements, leases, marketing agreements, and other similar business contracts. Additionally, we have a growing employment law practice that can help business owners with a variety of employment-related matters, including the drafting of employee manuals, employment and independent contractor agreements, and unemployment representation.

We also help business owners with exit strategies, including asset and stock purchase agreements, stock redemption and buy-out agreements, and, in conjunction with our tax and estate planning practice, business succession planning so our clients can effectively transfer control of their business to children or other individuals with a minimum of cost or tax implications.
