Like our bankruptcy practice, our commercial law and collections clients include banks, credit unions, and major financial and lending institutions. Our attorneys routinely appear in state courts throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, representing our clients before the court in claim and delivery hearings, motions, trials, and all other related appearances. Our staff is an extremely hard-working and diligent group of individuals that assist the attorneys with scheduling hearings, preparing affidavits, and maintaining the docket.
